The best for all
Due to extreme levels of poverty many children, especially the girls in Nepal, are excluded from education, because their families can't raise the school fees. PUKAR COLLECTION wants to change that through a Corporate Social Initiative. Part of the sales proceeds will make it possible for poor children and young women to enjoy an education.
PUKAR COLLECTION supports young women in education and Schoolprojects in Kathmandu locally.
Current situation: The schools are open and the children are happy to be back in normal school life.
Education for young women
Sabina comes from a village in northern Nepal, is 17 years old and makes an secondary education in Kathmandu.
Supriya from Kahtmandu has successfully passed her training as a nurse. She works as a nurse and will go on with the next education.
Dikshya from a village in the east of Nepal has successfully passed the secondary education in Kathmandu. She is going on with computer class and English lessons.
School projects
PUKAR COLLECTION supports school projects in Kathmandu locally with the following measures:
Paying the school fees for various children aged 3 to 16 years.
Varios renovation work, drinking water, food, teacher salaries and school materials are letting shine the faces.
In February 2018 PUKAR COLLECTION enabled the school children to visit the zoo (see video on this page).
